Cell phones are popular now,and many students own them.The question is that students should be allowed use them at school.Some parents are for it as they need to communicating with their children.However,someothers thought it is a bad idea ,worrying that it will disturb the usually educational environment.In my opinion,it isn't really necessary for us to have cell phones in school.Busy with studies and after-clasd activity,we donnot have much time to call others.So parents and students really need to talk to each other sometimes.I suggest schools provide more pay phones on campus to settle a problem.

1、第一行：is that 加上whether,后文列举了家长的两种不同的意见.可见问题是“孩子们在学校是否应该被允许使用手机”.
2、第二行：be allowed 后面少了一个to .
