the First Time to Stand on the Rostrum
Everyone has his first time experience of doing something,the first time to be a father,to go to school,to go traveling and so on.Some of them are really experiences full of excitement,expectation and dreams.It's so wonderful that you may not forget it during your whole life.
When I was at primary school,seeing the teachers standing on the rostrum,teaching us lessons,I was quite curious about it and an idea struck me,why don't I become a teacher like them?it's so good.From then on,I had the dream of being a teacher,a glorous one.
Luckily,my dream came true in 2005.I became a real teacher.I can remember clearly what happened when I went to work as a teaher for the first day.
On September 1st,2005,with excitement and expectation I went into the classroom as a teacher for the first time.The moment I got on the rostrum,facing so many students,I felt very glorious and pride.“Good morning,boys and girls.”I said to the class.“Good morning,teacher.”They replied to me with a loud and clear voice.“My name is Li Lang,and you can call me Mr.Li”Then I got a piece of chalk and wrote my name on the blackboard,adding,“I hope you can like me,and we can get on well”.
Though the first class was not so interesting,I liked it,for it's my first time to be on the rostrum.I could feel the great responsibilities on my shoulders.It will be the most unforgettable memory in my life.
