1.as 放在句首只能引导原因状语从句；引导让步状语从句时,as不能放句中.
例如：Clever as he is,he doesn't work hard.尽管他很聪明,但是他不努力学习.
题意：尽管我真的不喜欢艺术,但我发现他的作品让人印象深刻.
2.no matter how 表示程度,“无论怎样”,用来修饰形容词和副词.
no matter what 表示“无论什么；不管什么”,用来修饰名词.
这里是a full schedule,中心词是schedule,不是full,因此不能用how,用修饰名词的what.

=No matter how full the schedule you have is,...
