May be that refers to the basic disciplines that the business(company) must obey to keep a good reputation.Profit is abusolutely the priority a business should consider,however they have to think of every business activity whether it will contaminate the evironment or not,otherwise they may be prosecuted by pressure groups and finally gain bad reputations.
ethical company should consider issues involving society(e.g retrenchment裁员),environment,humanity(chemical test on animals)
