随着世界汽车产业的不断发展,近几年的汽车产业飞速发展 ,国际环协对汽车的排放提出了较高的要求,发动机是汽车的引擎,对这个核心零部件的制造也提出了苛刻的要求.汽车技术的发展在很大程度上取决于试验技术的发展.内燃机技术的不断进步,发动机产品的更新换代速度加快,这就要求检测其装配制造质量的测试设备提高智能化水平,更具有通用性、灵活性和先进性.热磨合试验作为发动机制造过程中的一个重要环节,对发动机的性能 ,排放等进行测试 ,使之达到工艺标准水平,从而为客户提供高质量的产品.
　　　发动机热磨合是发动机在制造过程中,零部件组装完毕后利用设备对发动机的性能排放、可靠性及耐久性等方面进行的一项测试工艺,具备快速、可靠等特点.发动机的性能指标主要有:动力性指标、经济性指标、环境指标、可靠性指标和耐久性指标 ,包含有效转矩、有效功率、发动机转速、有效燃油消耗率、排放指标、噪声水平和可靠性及耐久性等.
　　　本文主要介绍发动机热磨合试验台的研究过程,讨论了发动机热磨合试验台架中地基的设计、测功机的选配、发动机和测功机的连接以及发动机的喷油测试装置.

With the development of global automobile industry,IEEPA has raised high standard for vehicle emission and put forward stringent demands for the manufacture of the engine,which is the key part of a car.How the technology of the automobile develops largely depends on the advancement of the test technology.Test equipments,checking for the quality of the assembly manufacturing,are required to improve the level of intelligentization to become more general,flexible and progressive because of the internal combustion engine has continuously advanced and the products of engines have updated quickly.The experiment of hot running-in,as an important part during the manufacturing,tests the engine performance and emmissions,which makes it reach to the craft standard in order to provide guests with products in high quality.
Breaking the engine is a technology in testing the performance,emmissions,liability,durability and so on,which happens during the process of manufacturing after assenbling the components.It has advantage over speed and liability.There are five main performance indicators of the engine:dynamic,economic,environmental,liable and durable,which also contains effective torque,power,RPMs,fuel consumption rate,emissions target,noise level,liability and durability.
This paper aims to introduce the research process of the experiment of hot running-in,discuss the design of foundation,selective assembly of ergograph,connection of the engine with the ergograph and injection equipment.
