Despite my previous letters and our meetings,were you received written warnings,I note from our records that you have still been absent from classes.Therefore I would like you to come to a meeting to discuss this with the Head of Student Services on Friday 22nd July 2011 at 1pm.Please report to the reception at the INTO Centre.
Please contact me as soon as possible if this is not convenient,to make another appointment.
This is the fourth stage of the disciplinary procedure.

从情况看来你（或者信中所指的aiwu）已经缺课有一段时间了,而且校方的书面通知和警告几次都没让其改正,现在要进入纪律程序的第四阶段（我有理由认为第四阶段应该是加强的）.
如果楼主是信中人,建议提早跟校方处理这些事情,否则会有很大的影响.没准会被退学也有可能.
