美国室友给我写了封信：
Hey ,this is Luke Broses and it appears I'm going to be your roomate this fall at MSU.So I thought it would be important to figure out who is going to bring what to our room (I'm just talking about the bigger things and not what we individually need) like a refrigirator,microwave,fan,carpet and what not.So if you wanted to email me back letting me know what you have,what you plan to get,what you can't get,or how we should split it up that would be great.
回信要能表达出我很高兴和他做室友 但因为我是国际学生 所以很难提供这些家具 语气要委婉些

Hi Luck, thank you so much for your insight. Just to let you know, I am an international student. So I won't be able to move in till the beginning of the semester. And I don't think I'm gonna bring any of those stuff from China...(lol)
At this point, I think it is better for us to move in and decide what to get for the dorm later because some of the school dorms will provide basic furniture.
Just let me know if you have any other thoughts.
Again, glad to be your roommate for the coming fall semester.
