个人认为：how应该是引导宾语从句,做prate of的宾语,至于that我觉得是修饰removal的,even so slight a removal 相当于定语,整个宾语从句的主干结构应该是：that removal（主语） .made(谓语) man and his works （宾语）look like one tenth part of a dollar thrice computed（宾补）
