稳态条件为sy=(δ+n)k
代入已知，可解得人均资本k=16，人均产出=4，人均消费=（1-0.4）×4=2.4
2、黄金律是能够实现消费最大的稳态资本量。
黄金律条件为y'=(δ+n)，即0.5k^-0.5=0.08+0.02，解得k=25
再代入稳态条件，可得s=0.5
