1) If u stated the dyeing method on quotation to be top dye on cone,then all samples and bulk would be supposed to be in top dye on cone,no matter solid colour or melange colour.And the price,order min.and leadtime of both smpl and bulk would be supposed to be in top dye on cone.Normally we don't accept yarn dye as substitute for top dyed quality.
2) All qualities u promoted must be gauranteed for fibre content lab test by ITS and SGS,esp.lambswool and cashmere.
3) We are using L/C payment days for bulk.In order to avoid delay by bank arrangement,once confirmed that we have paid the bank L/C,yarn mill has to start production at once,instead of wait for payment received.We will make sure we will provide documents within 5 days (or negotiable period).
4) Production leadtime including bulk lot approval (we will advise clients' comments within 5 working days after we receive the lab dips)
5) If there are any potential quality issues of the yarn quality u r going to promote to us,e.g.poor pilling resistance,shading,poor color fastness,etc.,pls advise on quotation in order to avoid argument.
6) We will advise client's request on testing (color fastness,pilling resistance,etc.) once we place order.If yarn mill have any enquiry or recognize that the yarn quality cannot achieve,pls advise us at once.Yarn mill may be responsible to the cost of any sample / production delay due to late reply.
