摘要:汉高祖刘邦的《高帝求贤诏》、汉武帝刘彻的《武帝求茂材异等诏》以及曹操的“求贤三令”,是两汉时期著名的求贤诏令.在这几篇作品里面,鲜明地体现了这三位杰出帝王的共性:同样的豪情与雄心,同样的求才若渴,同样高超的写作技巧;另一方面,由于性格与经历上的差异,使得他们的求贤诏令又显示出各自的诸多特点:不尽相同的人才观、迥异的文章风貌.导致这些共性与特点的形成因素十分复杂,这既是时代的深刻变迁使然,又同文学自身的发展变化密切相关.
