为什么选C?
那就是说B也是肯定错的吗，本来选项里是没有B这一项的，我把它放进去的。
不能看后半句是否定，用neither吗？

Nor和Neither只能用于否定的句子中,如果原句仅仅是Tom can't play piano well,( ).那我们就可以用Nor之类的了.
但这里是说他喜欢弹,却弹不好,有两层意思,那显然Nor或Neither在这里就不合适了.
