首先for a whole day是持续行表示,需要haven't been walking 来表示持续
然后既然是虚拟,时态倒退一格,现在完成进行时变成过去完成进行时
再看(wouldn't feel),本身应该是won't feel,倒退一格变成wouldn't feel,即过去将来时.
记住虚拟语气都要倒退一格
