该设计方案通几何建筑体相互穿插,在穿插中形成公共空间及复合空间.具有相似的物理特性（材质相近、造型和谐、功能呼应）和文化特征（满足人们心理需求和精神需求,具备相应的价值观或伦理功能）的建筑物的影响空间的复合或叠加部分即为公共空间.
在创造该方案的各种围合空间的时候,极力追求其产生的影响空间积极、和谐的重合.这样既增加了单位空间的内涵,使空间富有趣味和流动感；同时,也使得对空间的利用富有效率.相互穿插所形成的公共空间作为建筑元素,空间结构的集聚力和辐射力,创造出宜人的交易空间,直接作用于交易平台.交叉的交易平台在路径的折叠、错动和延伸中得到扩大和丰富,交易平台使人们的活动轨迹在这里形成“回旋”和“滞留”,使各种交易发生的可能性大大增加.
