从应试教育到素质教育,从只重视成绩到追求学生的全面发展,学生人格的培养和塑造成为教学思路转换中不可缺失的一环.作为心理学中重要概念的人格一词,涵义复杂,鲜有定论.此外,作为心理学中另一个重要的理论“自我效能理论”却也非常具有理论性和实践指导意义,而当抓住人格核心即人格三维度—认知、情感、行为后,我们不难发现自我效能感理论在人格研究中起到的原初作用.
本文正是抓住了二者的联系,从自我效能理论这个视野下探究小学生人格的培养和塑造.通过文献研究和深入小学生的实证研究,进一步证实二者的联系,并将这种联系具体化,操作化,以期在具体的理论视野即自我效能感的视野下更有针对性的寻求培养思路,为处在人格形成关键期的小学生教育提供有意义的指导.

From exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education,from focusing on scores only to pursucing the students' all-around development,the students' personality cultivation and moulding have become an indispensable link for the transformation of teaching thoughts.As an important term in psychology,personality itself has complicated meaning and distinct conclusion.Furthermore,as another important theory in psychology,"self efficacy" is also very theorical and instructive in terms of the practical meaning.It won't be hard for us to find the primary effect of the theory of self-efficacy in the research of personality after grasping the core of personality which is the three-dimensional personality—cognition、emotion and action.

This paper catches the connection between these two concepts to explore the primary students' personality cultivation and moulding from the view of the theory of self-efficacy.Through the document studies and the further empirical studies on primary students,this paper further proves the relationship between the two concepts and specificies and operationalize such connection,through which it explores the targated cultivation thoughts under the view of concrete theory which is the self-efficacy and provides meanful guidance for the primary education during which is the critical period for the formation of personality.
