根据宁波市往年统计数据显示,宁波地区对于冷链水产品的需求量逐年上升.但宁波市在冷链物流的发展上还存在着相当大的问题,如成本控制、食品品质保证等方面都影响着整个行业的发展.
本文写作的主要目的是以宁波市水产品冷链物流目前发展现状为基础分析其未来发展趋势及发展的必要性,借鉴国内其他地区和国外发达地区的冷链物流发展经验,提出宁波市水产品冷链物流发展过程中所要面临的巨大难题和挑战,再加以分析,研究其相应对策,使宁波市水产品冷链物流得到良性发展.
