How to make a tuna sandwich
1.Open the tuna cans and drain.Remove the tuna and flake into chunks.
2.Place the tuna into a bowl.Add the celery,mayonnaise,mustard,onion,dill,parsley and cayenne pepper.Mix to combine.
3.Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.Spread butter or margarine to the bread slices.
5.Build the sandwich.Add a spoonful or more of the mixture to the base slice of bread.Spread across evenly.Add the top slice of bread.
6.Cut the sandwich into halves and serve with potato chips.
