在公司里我会更好的分配权力,并且设立一个较好的组织机构.企业发展到一定的程度,企业主就不可能什么事都亲历亲为、大小事务全部揽在自己手里,企业主需要脱身出来考虑企业的发展和如何更好的组织资源的问题,这时企业就需要授予下面的员工一定的决策权,比较好的方式是将权力下放到企业的部分员工,还包括企业主可以将一部分股份给骨干的员工,让大家成为企业的共同体.
