If people want to find a job,they have to know where people are wanted.There are several ways to get the right information for job vacancies1 nowadays.They can go to the job markets/fairs2 which are regularly held.There they may have a better chance for hundreds of employers attend.Another simple and efficient way to look for a job is to check the “Help Wanted” section from the newspapers.Luckily,they may find something interesting.If they are bold3 enough,they can go directly to,phone or write to various companies or firms to inquire about the vacant positions.For the shy people,the Internet provides them the convenient and easy way to find a job.A mouse clicking saves them time and energy and embarrassment of being turned down4.
When they find the job vacancy to their liking,they can send their resume and job application to the employer.An appropriate resume decides whether the applicant will be given an opportunity for an interview or not.The resume should include the applicant’s personal data,such as name,address,contact number,etc.,educational background,work experience,interests and hobbies.Long resumes are not necessary as the employers don’t have time to go through hundreds of resumes carefully.In addition,the resume should be neat5 and tidy.Mistakes in spelling and format6,even wrinkles7 and stains8are not to be tolerated9 by the would-be employer.Finally,be honest and realistic in the resume.
