进入21世纪以后,随着我国的人口的增加,对肉类的需求量也在不停增加.而在中国,猪肉作为我国的主要的肉类食品,可见养猪界所面对的压力非常巨大.“师夷长技以制夷”,除了学习国外先进的管理养殖技术,引进外来优秀的品种猪改善我国本地猪的不足也不失为一种好方法,养猪先辈们也一直致力解决这些问题.
本文主要研究外来品种原产于美国东部地区的杜洛克猪和广西本地品种陆川猪互相正交反交对杂交猪的母猪的繁殖性能的影响程度,利用杜洛克猪和陆川猪分别开展正交（杜洛克♂×陆川猪♀）和反交（陆川猪♂×杜洛克♀）试验,分别记录母猪（杜洛克母猪、陆川母猪）的窝产数、窝活产数、初生窝重、28日龄平均断奶数、28日龄平均断奶窝重等指标,并以此研究正交反交对母猪的繁殖性能的带来的影响.通过对数据的对比分析,得出结论：杜洛克猪与陆川猪正、反交对母猪的繁殖性能有哪些方面的影响,影响有多深.用于杜洛克猪和陆川猪杂交系的选育工作,为培育专门化猪新品系,利用系间杂交优势和互补效应,生产优质商品猪,并为地方猪种、引进猪种的合理利用提供科学依据.
