i can't comment on the 4th issue since it is out of my reach.the 2nd question i need some time to actually listen to the song...the Beatles are very,very old songs and have to say,i don't have a broad understanding about it

B:my preference would be the top floor.
A:Why is that?
B:Well,it provides me a brilliant view of the surrounding vicinity and it also provides a sense of security.
A:Security?As in...
B:For security,i meant that higher floors are not so accessible by patty thieves who will climb up easily if i am living on the first floor.(joke)
plus,it is less noisy on the higher floor which helps to concentrate better on my works.
A:how about if there is a earthquake?
B:i think you are suggesting i should choose a lower floor instead,yet i probably will rent a house near the stairwell which provide easy access to safety.

B:the one composed by the Beatles?
A:of course.what do you think of it?i meant,the subtext about love,fame and earthly possessions?
B:i think it is very true this song has brought them fame and lots of money,against what they have said.(jokes)
A:on the opposite,i am quite intrigued about those old songs.just flow like endless raining season.the words are very straight to the point,rather surprisingly.This was one of the first Pop songs to start with the chorus rather than a verse.
B:well,i suppose i should go have a listen as well!

D:well,i have to say i do not totally agree of some of the opinions on the positives of this matter.
C:yes indeed.but i think human clone actually may prove to be a milestone in technology history.most people disagree on it because they are afraid the humans will be overtake by clones since they possess the same level of intelligence.but i believe technology will find a solution to this,after all,clones are used for serving us.
D:well,true,it can serve us,but just as you said,it may endanger our existence.as long as there still is no solution to this question,i think cloning technology should only be used to clone organs for surgery.

A:let's discuss about the matter on smoking in the public.
B:smoking?Certainly an interesting topic.in public?there's no way i'm going to agree on this.
A:Why?
B:the point is,that this seems totally improper and rude to me.it is a tradition curtesy that you do not smoke,nor eat in the street.it is considered extremely impolite and no-manners to smoke in the public in western tradition.plus,it is not considerate of all those who do not smoke and hate the smell.you don't smoke in the public,do you?
A:i don't.and i'm positive about this.but it is hard for smokers to control their desires,is it?
B:i'm a traditional person,and i think everyone knows there are times you have to control your desires.for example,you will never open your cellphone when you are at a meeting.it is common courtesy and respect to others.
