本文试图从伦理文化的视角审视电子商务的困境.认为其中一个不可忽视的原因在于我们尚未完全把握电子商务的本质,漠视电子商务与伦理文化的内在联系.因此,发展电子商务不仅要重视电子商务软件硬件的建设,而且要关注“鼠标下的德性”枣电子商务的伦理方面,防止“信息崇拜”和“技术至上”的负面影响,做到伦理与技术、法律携手,走向电子商务、网络经济的美好明天.
我国银行业在发展电子商务的过程中要提高全民族电子商务意识；构建银行电子商务交易安全保障体系；建立金融互联网络；创建发展环境,完善保障机制；尽快构建国家电子商务发展的总体框架；提高电子商务发展程度；推进企业化进程,鼓励更多行业介入电子商务.
中国同世界上许多科学技术发展较快的国家一样,从20世纪90年代,计算机网络信息技术得到了飞速发展.特别是近几年来,中国银行业的电子化水平也有了很大的提高,但如何使电子商务在银行业中得到更好的发展,仍是需要研究的课题.
