The basic organization of the Russia New civil code is consisted of general rules and detailed rules; the chapter is organized by parts--sub-branch--chapters--sections--headings. Its legistration mode is based on the compiling system of the German civil code and German's general rules to form the architecture of "general rules, real right, obligatory right,succession, international private law, and intellectual property".
