It is understood that all parties are bound by a duty of Non – Disclosure and Non-Circumvention with respect to their sources and contracts. This duty is in accordance with the international Chamber of commerce Convention (I.C.C. 600). The parties do herein agree that the Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure rules of
all issues apply to all Seller’s and buyer’s documents by the undersigned,
clients, lawyers, agents, assignees, mandates and intermediaries.

勿庸置疑,所有各方均有责任对原始资料和合同进行保密,此责任与国际商会规则（I.C.C.600)相一致.各方同意,保密规则将应用于卖方和买方的所有文件,包括涉及签署人、客户、律师、代理人、委托人、托管人,或中介机构的文件.
