解题思路： 首先构思所要表达的内容列出写作提纲，分三部分别写过去的她，为什么转变以及现在的她 。注意时态的运用，写过去的她和转折点时用一般过去时，写现在的她用现在时态。
解题过程：
When I was a junior high school student, I was a short and fat girl.I was shy and afraid of being laughed by others.so I used to stay in the classroom instead of playing with classmates after class. I only like playing computer games at home. My English was very poor,because I hated English .
Later ,a girl with long hair came to my class,and she changed my life.She made friend with me. She asked me to exercise with her.She helped me with my English by encouraging me to read English aloud ,to talk to her with English.
Now，when I am a junior high school student and I am a confident and outgoing girl . I have changed so much that many people like to make friends with me . I am tall and slim. I don’t hate English any more ,on the contrary, I can talk with foreigners in English. I often go to the English corner in order to practice my oral English.
当我还是一个初中学生时,我是一个又矮又胖的女孩。我很害羞，并且害怕被别人取笑。所以下课后我习惯呆在教室里,而不是和同学们玩。我只喜欢在家玩电脑游戏。我的英语很差,因为我讨厌英语。
后来,一个长头发的女孩来到我们班,她改变了我的生活。她和我交朋友。她问我和她一起锻炼。她帮助我学习英语,鼓励我大声朗读英语,用英语跟她说话。
现在,我还是一个初中学生,并且我是一个自信和外向的女孩。我已经改变了很多,很多人愿意和我交朋友。我又高又苗条。我不讨厌英语了,相反,我可以用英语与外国人交谈。我经常去英语角练习我的英语口语。
