2.1 发生原因:1.线路缺损:干膜在产品转运过程中,触碰到尖利的东西,导致干膜松动但未脱落,DES时药液渗入,将铜面蚀刻掉,但根部有铜箔;
2.焊盘断裂:从不良图片可以看出此产品断裂产生原因主要为FPC焊接或焊接 后工序人员作业操作不当(烙铁温度过高,焊锡时间太长)或受严重外力撞击造成.因为FPC每个焊盘敝司都有做100%电性测试,若有断裂现象则测试会NG,另外若是敝司产生的,最大的可能就是产品受到严重的外力撞击才会出现断裂,如果是此原因产生的,焊盘周围和背面的胶纸会相应的受到损伤出现折痕,但从图片此看,均无此现象,故不良不是我司产生;烦请客户协助调查原因.
3.异物:C/L清洁不到位,残留异物;
4.打痕:在冲切产品外形时,由于模具清洁不到位,导致冲切后产品有打痕不良;
5.剥离纸脱落:产品在转运过程中移动摩擦导致剥离纸被摩擦掉;
6.补强板气泡:撕补强板剥离纸时板上的小部分胶被一起撕掉,检验未发现,当良品贴上去,造成补强板气泡;
7.补强板偏移破裂:贴补强时未对准标示线作业,导致补强板贴偏冲切后偏移破裂.
2.2 发生对策:
1.线路缺损:贴合干膜的产品在转运过程中必须使用物料框转运,且放置的产品不能超过2LOT,以免将干膜松动、擦伤;
2.异物:C/L清洁之前是一整叠一张一张清洁,现改为在工作台面上一张一张的清洁;
3.打痕:模具清洁由之前的无尘布清洁全部改为用刷子清洁,每1SET冲切一次清洁一次;
4.剥离纸脱落:产品在转运过程中,用白纸隔开转运,避免产品之间直接摩擦;
5.补强板气泡:对贴补强作业员进行培训,要求作业员撕剥离纸时保证无掉胶使用,如有掉胶需补胶或报废处理;
6.补强板偏移破裂:教育作业员对准标示线作业,避免贴偏.
3.1.流出原因分析:
1.FQC检验人员检验时不细心疏忽流出.
3.2.流出对策:
1.针对产品客诉不良再次对FQC检验人员进行培训;
2.客诉不良现象在检查时进行重点检查,增加现场管理员进行抽检,并做记录.
4.效果确认:
对策内容于29/3开始实施,针对此产品客诉不良改善效果进行确认,工程不良率由3月份的4%下降到目前为至2%,不良发生在下降,社内将继续确认改善效果,
