I have worked in a multi-national company for more than one year.I work as the translator of finacial department,I am in charge of the interpretation of meeting,some files translation and administration work about Japanese staff.

语法上没什么大问题但不太顺畅我帮你稍改一下
I have been working as a translator in finacial department of a multi-national company for more than one year.
And I am in charge of some meeting interpretations ,files translations and the administration of Japanese staff.
最主要的问题是时态 have worked 表示以前是现在不是后一句就不应该用一般现在时而是过去时
另外关于不定冠词的用法有些混乱,你对照下
还有就是要注意把逗号变成句号一句话主谓宾齐全就是一个句号
