目的：探讨对脑卒中并发肺部感染的肺感染前干预性护理,减少肺部感染的发病率.方法：对本院收住的78例脑卒中患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组入院后对患者的呼吸道、体位、饮食口腔、病室环境及吞咽功能训练方面进行干预性护理措施.对照组给予基础护理.结果：通过干预性护理措施的实施,降低了肺感染的发生率,实验组肺感染的发生率为35.9%,对照组肺感染率为59.0%.结论：针对患者具体情况,采取针对性干预性护理,可有效的降低脑卒中并发肺感染率,降低了死亡率,提高了治愈率,临床效果好.

Objective: To explore the nursing intervention on pulmonary infection of cerebral stroke complicated with pulmonary infection, reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection. Methods: our hospital admitted 78 cases of stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group of patients after admission of respiratory tract, posture, diet, oral ward environment and swallowing function training on nursing intervention measures. The control group was given basic nursing. Results: through the implementation of nursing intervention measures, reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection in experimental group, the incidence of pulmonary infection was 35.9%, the control group lung infection rate was 59%. Conclusion: according to the specific condition of patients, targeted nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the cerebral stroke complicated with pulmonary infection rate, reduce the mortality rate, and improve the cure rate, good clinical effect.不知对不对,谅解一下
