One possible version:
Dear Alex,
Glad to know that you are interested in how to grow bean sprouts - a special Chinese vegetable grown from beans. Now I’d like to explain how to grow them.
First of all, pick out the good beans and wash them carefully. Then put them in the water for a whole day to make them expand. Pour away the water, leaving the bigger beans in the bowl and cover them with a clean wet cloth. Don’t put the beans directly under the sun, or they will turn green and bean sprouts won’t be produced. Wash the beans every day to give them enough water to grow and keep the temperature at 25℃. In five days you will get fresh bean sprouts.
It’s amazing how beans turn into bean sprouts - another healthy vegetable!
Hope you enjoy the bean sprouts!
Best wishes,
Wang Dan
