[内容提要]：青少年变声期是从童声到成人声过渡的一个正常的生理变化阶段。处于变声期的学生，由于声带充血，发声的持久性差，容易疲劳，声音不太稳定，唱歌时感到很费力。因此，必须充分了解变声期学生的生理和心理特点，掌握变声期嗓音变化规律来展开科学的声音训练。

Youth Voice is a period of transition from the childish to the adult voice of a normal stage of physiological changes. Voice of students in the period, due to vocal cord congestion, poor sound and lasting, easy fatigue, the sound is not stable, when the singing was very laborious. Therefore, we must fully understand the acoustic phase change of the physiological and psychological characteristics of students master the changing period of voice change in sound science and the law to expand the voice of the training.
