本文通过对收集资料的整合与分析，从模糊语的起源、定义、应用以及国际商务英语谈判的概念、语言特征出发，结合马诺斯需求层次理论，阐述了它们结合的原因以及模糊语在其中扮演的角色从而得出模糊语在国际商务英语谈判中的语用功能。
In this paper, by means of integration and Analysis of the collected data, proceed from the origin, definition, application of fuzzy language and the concepts, language features of international English business negotiation , combined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs, explains the reasons of their combination and the role of fuzzy language. Accordingly, this paper conclud the pragmatic functions of vague language in international English business negotiation.
