3. Terms of Payment:
3.1 The prepayment of 20% (USD 12 091.00) is to be made within 5 (five) working days after signing the present Contract.
3.2 The last payment of 80% (USD 48 364.00) is to be made within 3 (three) working days after the notification from the Representative of the Seller about arrival of the Goods to Horgous station in written form.
3.3 Payment delay brings the Buyer to pay in the favor of the Seller penalty interest in amount of 0.05% from the contract amount for each day of payment delay, but not more than 2% from the total amount of the present Contract.
3.4 Payment delay automatically causes delivery delay respectively.

3.3 买方延迟支付必须每天按照合同金额的0.05%支付给卖方作为赔偿的利息.但赔偿的总额不多于合同总额的2%
