agree with ,agree on ,agree to的用法和区别如下：
1.agree with sb.\ what sb.said
(1) 同意某人的意见
eg.I don' t agree with you\ what you said.
But not all scientists agree with that theory.
但并不是所有的科学家都同意那个理论 .
(2) 与...相一致\相适应
eg.The food here doesn't agree with me.我吃不惯这儿的食物.
2.agree on 就达成共识\ 取得一致的意见
eg.It's a long negotiation.We don't agree on every point.
那是一个漫长的谈判.我们并不在每一点上都达成一致
But most find it difficult to agree on what a "general education" should look like.
但“通识教育”应该是什么样子的,大多数人很难达成一致意见.
The two president agreed on the border between the two countries.
.两位总统就两国边境问题达成了共识.

（1）agree to do..同意干...
eg.All of us agreed to go for a walk.
He could agree to cut nuclear arms with Russia.
