食品是人类生存和发展的最基本的物质条件.现阶段,随着我国经济和社会持续、较高速发展,进口食品品种和数量逐年增加,食品安全问题也逐渐显现出来,食品安全事故更为常见.食品安全问题不仅会造成巨大的经济损失,影响到人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,影响到国家的声誉和国际形象,更重要的是其对稳定社会秩序和保障国家安全的重要性不容忽视,是当今构建和谐社会的重要部分.特别是在我国加入WTO后,为加大对食品安全的监管力度,实现我国食品安全监管体制、方式等方面与国际接轨,迫切需要我国构建合理的食品安全监管体系.因此,尽快完善我国进出口食品安全监管体系已经是刻不容缓的事情了.
本文通过分析我国进出口食品安全及其监管现状存在的问题,提供了一些可供参考的策略以及措施.

Food safety issues will not only cause enormous economic losses, affecting people's health and life safety, affect the national reputation and international image, more important is the stability of social order and the protection of the importance of national security can not be ignored, is an important part in constructing a harmonious society. Especially in China's accession to the WTO, to intensify the supervision of food safety, implementation of China's food safety regulatory system and methods with international standards, the urgent need for our country to construct a reasonable food safety regulatory system.
